Refund Policy

Products returned to us will be examined by one of our technicians, if they are not determined to be faulty, a partial refund will be available if their containers are returned in good condition, unopened and the contents are unused. Such returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Products found to be faulty may be returned to us for a full refund.

Products for which we do not maintain a permanent stock level (eg. custom colours / textures or finishes) may only be refunded if they are found to be faulty.

All goods must be returned to us for inspection within 30 days of purchase.
